SARS-COV-2 NSP13 Antibody (29467-1-AP) in ELISA
SARS-CoV-2 Envelope protein Antibody (29467-1-AP) tested by ELISA. SARS-COV-2 NSP13 protein was coated onto microtiter plates at 1 µg/well and then incubated with a dilution series of SARS-COV-2 NSP13 protein Antibody (29467-1-AP). Bound antibodies were detected with HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit IgG followed by incubation with HRP Substrate and then measuring the resulting absorbance at 450 nm.

The coronavirus nonstructural protein 13 (nsp13) is one of the SARS-Coronavirus replicase cleaving products encoded by ORF1b. Nsp13 is thought to be part of the viral replication complex, which is associated with intracellular membranes. Nsp13 contains a C-terminal NTPase/Helicase domain and an N-terminal putative zinc-binding motif.
