SARS-CoV-2 NSP14 Antibody (PA5-143813) in ELISA
ELISA analysis of SARS-CoV-2 NSP14. Samples were incubated with SARS-CoV-2 NSP14 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-143813) followed by Goat anti-rabbit IgG HRP conjugate secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:20,000. A sandwich ELISA was performed using immunogen or peptide as coating antigen and the anti-SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) NSP14 (ExoN) antibody as the capture antibody. Detection range is from 0.3 ng/mL to 1,000 ng/mL.
