Western blot analysis of SARS-CoV-2 Nonstructural Protein 3 in 293T whole cell extracts (30 µg) separated by 12% SDS-PAGE. Membrane was blotted with SARS-CoV-2 Nonstructural Protein 3 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-143387) using a dilution of 1:5,000 followed by HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody.

The nonstructural protein 3 (nsp3) is one of the SARS-Coronavirus replicase cleaving products, encoded by ORF1a. Nsp3 is thought to be part of the viral replication complex, which is associated with intracellular membranes. Nsp3 contains a papain-like cysteine proteinase and ADP-ribose-1'-monophosphatase activities.
