Western blot analysis of SARS-CoV-2 Spike (N501Y Mutant) in Various SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) Spike RBD Proteins (0.1 µg) separated by 12% SDS-PAGE. Membrane was blotted with SARS-CoV-2 Spike (N501Y Mutant) Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-47040) using a dilution of 1:5,000 followed by HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody.
