SGLT1 Antibody (PA5-37937) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemical analysis of SGLT1 in paraffin embedded rat kidney using a SGLT1 polyclonal antibody (Product #PA5-37937) at a concentration of 10 µg/mL. Heat induced antigen retrieval was performed with pH 6 buffered citrate. Samples were then stained in horseradish peroxidase at a concentration of 1:500.
