SGTB Antibody (A305-771A-T) in IP
Detection of Human SGTB by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SGTB antibody A305-771A-M (lot A305-771A-M-1) used for IP at 8 µl per reaction. SGTB was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-SGTB antibody BL23228. For blotting immunoprecipitated SGTB, A305-771A-M was used at 1:400. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
