SIMC1 Antibody (A305-759A-T) in IP
Detection of human SIMC1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SIMC1 antibody A305-759A-M (lot A305-759A-M-1) used for IP at 8 µl per reaction. SIMC1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-SIMC1 antibody BL23153. For blotting immunoprecipitated SIMC1, A305-759A-M was used at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
