Western Blot of Rabbit Anti-SMAD6 antibody. Lane A: Lysate from Jurkat cells. Primary antibody: SMAD6 at 2 µg/mL for overnight at 4°C. Secondary antibody: IRDye800 rabbit secondary antibody at 1:10,000 for 45 min at RT. Block: 5% BLOTTO overnight at 4°C. Predicted/Observed size: 80 kDa for SMAD6. Other band(s): none.

SMAD6 is an inhibitory SMAD (I-SMAD) or antagonistic SMAD.
