SNX5 Antibody (PA5-89038) in WB
Western blot analysis of SNX5 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with SNX5 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-89038) using a dilution of 1:3,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 90s.

This gene encodes a member of the sorting nexin family. Members of this family contain a phox (PX) domain, which is a phosphoinositide binding domain, and are involved in intracellular trafficking. This protein binds to fanconi anemia complementation group A protein, but its function is unknown. This gene results in two transcript variants encoding the same protein.
