SSH3 Antibody (PA5-101788) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescent analysis of SSH3 in HeLa cells. Samples were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100, blocked with 10% serum (45 min at 25°C), incubated with mouse anti-beta tubulin and SSH3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-101788) using a dilution of 1:200 (1 hr, 37°C), and followed by goat anti-rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor 594 (red) and goat anti-mouse IgG Alexa Fluor 488 (green).

The ADF (actin-depolymerizing factor)/cofilin family is composed of stimulus-responsive mediators of actin dynamics. ADF/cofilin proteins are inactivated by kinases such as LIM domain kinase-1 (LIMK1). The SSH family appears to play a role in actin dynamics by reactivating ADF/cofilin proteins in vivo.
