SSX2IP Antibody (PA5-115963) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of SSX2IP in mouse brain tissue. Samples were treated with formaldehyde and treated with citrate buffer for antigen retrieval, blocked, and incubated (1.5 hours at 22°C) with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-115963) at a dilution of 1:100. Secondary staining was applied with HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit.

This gene encodes a protein that binds the cancer-testis antigen Synovial Sarcoma X breakpoint 2 protein. The encoded protein may regulate the activity of Synovial Sarcoma X breakpoint 2 protein in malignant cells. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants. A pseudogene of this gene is found on chromosome 3.
