Syntaxin 6 Antibody (PA5-81270) in WB
Western Blot using Syntaxin 6 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-81270) at 1:500 dilution. Lane A: A431 Whole Cell Lysate, Lane B: HL60 Whole Cell Lysate. Lysates/proteins at 30 μg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti- RabbitIgG H&L (DyLight™ 800) at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 29 kDa. Observed band size: 29 kDa. (We are unsure of the identity of these extra bands).

靶标信息
Syntaxin 6 is a member of the syntaxin superfamily. Syntaxins are nervous system-specific proteins implicated in the docking of synaptic vesicles with the presynaptic plasma membrane. Syntaxins possess a single C-terminal transmembrane domain, a SNARE domain, and an N-terminal regulatory domain. Syntaxins bind synaptotagmin in a calcium-dependent fashion and interact with voltage dependent calcium and potassium channels via the C-terminal H3 domain. Syntaxin is a key molecule in ion channel regulation and synaptic exocytosis. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
