TAL1 Antibody (MA5-47145) in WB
Western blot analysis of TAL1 in Various whole cell extracts (30 µg) separated by 12% SDS-PAGE. Membrane was blotted with TAL1 Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-47145) using a dilution of 1:1,000 followed by HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data for the same cell lines are based on Human Protein Atlas program.

TAL-1 is a basic helix-loop-helix transcription. It regulates differentiation and survival during hemopoiesis. TAL-1 is also implicated in the genesis of hemopoietic malignancies and it may play an important role in hemopoietic differentiation. It serves as a positive regulator of eryhtroid differentiation. Mutations are associated with T-cell leukemia and melanoma. TAL-1 is know to bind to the LIM domain containing protein Rhombotin-2.
