TBRG4 Antibody (PA5-102313) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescent analysis of TBRG4 in HeLa cells. Samples were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100, blocked with 10% serum (45 min at 25°C), incubated with mouse anti-beta tubulin and TBRG4 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-102313) using a dilution of 1:200 (1 hr, 37°C), and followed by goat anti-rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor 594 (red) and goat anti-mouse IgG Alexa Fluor 488 (green).

TBRG4 (transforming growth factor beta regulator 4), also known as CPR2 (cell cycle progression restoration protein 2) or FAST 4 (FAST kinase domain-containing protein 4), is a 631 amino acid protein that contains one RAP domain and belongs to the FAST kinase family. TBRG4 is ubiquitously expressed and may have a role in cell cycle progression. Existing as two alternatively spliced isoforms, the gene encoding TBRG4 maps to human chromosome 7p13.
