Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The expression systems are developed by cloning in the specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Then, individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production. The advantages of using recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies include: better specificity and sensitivity, lot-to-lot consistency, animal origin-free formulations, and broader immunoreactivity to diverse targets due to larger rabbit immune repertoire.
TCF7 (transcriptional factor 7) is a transcriptional activator involved in T-cell lymphocyte differentiation. Necessary for the survival of CD4+ and CD8+ immature thymocytes. Isoforms for TCF7 lacking the N-terminal CTNNB1 binding domain cannot fulfill this role. TCF7 binds to the T-lymphocyte-specific enhancer element (5'-WWCAAAG-3') found in the promoter of the CD3E gene. It may also act as feedback transcriptional repressor of CTNNB1 and TCF7L2 target genes. TLE1, TLE2, TLE3, and TLE4 repress transactivation mediated by TCF7 and CTNNB1.
