TEV Tag Antibody (MA5-49558) in WB
Western blot analysis of TEV Tag in recombinant TEV tag (25 ng). Samples were incubated with TEV Tag monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-49558) with a dilution of 1 µg/mL, followed by peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rat IgG secondary antibody. TEV tag band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: MA5-49558 can detect TEV tag by Western blotting.

Tobacco Etch Virus (TEV) is a plant virus that primarily infects tobacco plants but can also affect other members of the Solanaceae family. The genome of TEV consists of a single RNA molecule that encodes a polyprotein, which is subsequently cleaved into individual functional proteins by viral proteases.
