TIMM22 Antibody (PA5-104322) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescent analysis of TIMM22 in HeLa cells. Samples were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100, blocked with 10% serum (45 min at 25°C), incubated with mouse anti-beta tubulin and TIMM22 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-104322) using a dilution of 1:200 (1 hr, 37°C), and followed by goat anti-rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor 594 (red) and goat anti-mouse IgG Alexa Fluor 488 (green).

TIM22 is a translocase localized in mitochondrial inner membrane. It is implicated in import of nuclear-encoded mitochondrial preproteins to the mitochondria. TIM22 is the essential core of protein insertion complex (TIM22 complex) that consists of TIM22, TIM54, TIM18, and TIM12.
