TLR13 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of TLR13 in rat corpus (tissue is from male rat reproductive tract) lysate in the 1) absence and 2) presence of immunizing peptide. Samples were incubated in TLR13 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-23107) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a goat anti-rabbit Ig HRP secondary antibody. PicoTect ECL substrate solution was used for this test.

TLR13 Antibody in Flow Cytometry (Flow) — Flow cytometry of TLR13 in TLR13 stable cell line. Samples were incubated in TLR13 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-23107) using a dilution of 1 µg/10^6 cells. Green represents vector control, red represents TLR13 antibody.

TLR13, also known as Toll like receptor 13, is a member of the Toll-like receptor (TLR) family of transmembrane proteins comprised of multiple copies of leucine rich repeats in the extracellular domain and a TIR domain. The exact function of the 991 amino acidTLR13 protein is yet unknown, but reports suggest that it is closely related to TLR3 and participates in the innate immune response to microbial agents. TLR13 binds to and acts via MYD88 and TRAF6, leading to NF-kappa-B activation, cytokine secretion and inflammatory response.
