Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) analysis of TSPAN1 in human cerebellum tissue using TSPAN1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-119458) (10 µg/mL) and using PBS intead of the primary antibody as a control. The sample was then stained with HRP-Goat anti-Rabbit IgG polyclonal secondary antibody (2 µg/mL). DAB staining.

Most of these members are cell-surface proteins that are characterized by the presence of four hydrophobic domains.
