TULP3 Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Immunofluorescent analysis of TULP3 in COS7 cells. Cells were transfected with a plasmid overexpressing TULP3 and probed with a TULP3 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-25834).

TULP3 Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemistry was performed on paraffin-embedded adenocarcinoma of human ovary tissue. To expose target proteins, 10mM citric buffer, pH6.0, 100°C for 10min was used. Following antigen retrieval, tissues were probed with a TULP3 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-25834).

TULP3 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of TULP3 in HEK293T cells in untransfected (Left lane) and transfected (Right lane) samples using 5 µg per lane. The samples were separated by SDS-PAGE and probed with TULP3 (Product # MA5-25834) monoclonal antibody.

This gene encodes a member of the tubby-like protein (TULP) family. Members of this family have been identified in plants, vertebrates, and invertebrates, and they share a conserved C-terminal region of approximately 200 amino acid residues. The human and mouse TULP3 proteins share 69% amino acid sequence identity, with higher identity at the N and C termini than in the central region.
