TUSC1 Antibody (PA5-72313) in WB
Western blot analysis of TUSC1 in the following samples: Lane 1: A549 whole cell, Lane 2: mouse lung lysate, Lane 3: NCI-H460 whole cell lysate. 20 µg of protein per lane was used. Samples were first blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST, incubated with TUSC1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-72313) using a dilution of 1:2000 followed by a goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary antibody with a dilution of 1:10,000.

This gene is located within the region of chromosome 9p that harbors tumor suppressor genes critical in carcinogenesis. It is an intronless gene which is downregulated in non-small-cell lung cancer and small-cell lung cancer cell lines, suggesting that it may play a role in lung tumorigenesis.
