TXNL5 Antibody (PA5-47535) in WB
Western blot analysis of TXNL5 in A20 mouse B cell lymphoma cell line, NIH-3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line, and Rat-2 rat embryonic fibroblast cell line . Samples were incubated in TXNL5 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47535) using a dilution of 0.5 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for Thioredoxin-like 5/TRP14 at approximately 14 kDa (as indicated).

Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

TXNL5 disulfide reductase. May participate in various redox reactions through the reversible oxidation of its active center dithiol to a disulfide and catalyze dithiol-disulfide exchange reactions. Modulates TNF-alpha signaling and NF-kappa-B activation. Has peroxidase activity and may contribute to the elimination of cellular hydrogen peroxide.
