Immunofluorescence analysis of TYK2 was performed using TYK2 Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (PSH18-53) (Product # MA571394) on K-562 cells. The cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 min, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 for 15 min and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hr at RT.
