TrpE Tag Antibody (PA5-116407) in WB
Western Blot analysis of TrpE using the TrpE Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-116407) at a 1:1000 dilution. Recombinant Bifidobacterium TrpE proteins were loaded at 20 ng per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1:10,000 dilution. Predicted band size: 48 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
