UBE1L Antibody (PA5-116098) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of UBE1L in human kidney tissue sections. Samples were treated with formaldehyde and treated with citrate buffer for antigen retrieval, blocked, and incubated (1.5 hours at 22°C) with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-116098) at a dilution of 1:100. Secondary staining was applied with HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit.

Antibody detects endogenous levels of total UBE1L.
靶标信息
UBE1L (ubiquitin-like modifier-activating enzyme 7) activates ubiquitin by first adenylating with ATP at its C-terminal glycine residue and then linking that residue to the side chain of a cysteine residue in E1. This activation results in an ubiquitin-E1 thioester and free AMP. UBE1L also catalyzes the ISGylation of influenza A virus NS1 protein.
