URB2 Antibody (A305-875A-T) in WB
Detection of human URB2 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from RKO, K-562, MCF-7, LNCaP, and A-549 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified Rabbit anti-URB2 antibody A305-875A-M (lot A305-875A-M-1) used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
