VAChT Antibody (PA5-95404) in WB
Western blot analysis of VAChT in HeLa whole cell lysates (lane 1) and HEPA whole cell lysates (lane 2). Samples were incubated with VAChT polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-95404) using a 0.5 µg/mL dilution. developed was performed using enhanced chemiluminescence (ECL).

Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - WB: HELA whole cell, HEPA whole cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

This gene is a member of the vesicular amine transporter family. The encoded transmembrane protein transports acetylcholine into secretory vesicles for release into the extracellular space. Acetylcholine transport utilizes a proton gradient established by a vacuolar ATPase. This gene is located within the first intron of the choline acetyltransferase gene.
