WBP2NL Antibody (PA5-106387) in ICC/IF

Immunofluorescent analysis of WBP2NL in HeLa cells. Samples were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100, blocked with 10% serum (45 min at 25°C), incubated with mouse anti-beta tubulin and WBP2NL polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-106387) using a dilution of 1:200 (1 hr, 37°C), and followed by goat anti-rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor 594 (red) and goat anti-mouse IgG Alexa Fluor 488 (green).

WBP2NL Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Immunofluorescent analysis of WBP2NL in HeLa cells. Samples were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100, blocked with 10% serum (45 min at 25°C), incubated with mouse anti-beta tubulin and WBP2NL polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-106387) using a dilution of 1:200 (1 hr, 37°C), and followed by goat anti-rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor 594 (red) and goat anti-mouse IgG Alexa Fluor 488 (green).

WBP2NL Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemistry analysis of WBP2NL in mouse testis tissue. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with WBP2NL polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-106387) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

WBP2NL Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of WBP2NL in various samples (Lane 1: RAW2647 cells, treated with blocking peptide, Lane 2: RAW2647 cells, Lane 3: HeLa cells). Samples were incubated with WBP2NL polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-106387).
