YES1 Antibody (PA5-72233) in WB
Western blot analysis of Mouse Yes1 in the following samples: Lane 1: mouse lung lysate, Lane 2: L6 cell lysate. 20 µg of protein per lane was used. Samples were first blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST, incubated with Mouse Yes1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-72233) using a dilution of 1:2000 followed by a goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary antibody with a dilution of 1:10,000.

YES1 is a recombinant human protein kinase that is a member of the SRC family of non-receptor tyrosine kinases and is the cellular homolog of the Yamaguchi sarcoma virus oncogene. It is involved in the regulation of cell growth and survival, including roles in apoptosis, cell-cell adhesion, cytoskeleton remodeling, and differentiation.
