ZKSCAN1 Antibody (CF810947) in WB
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY ZKSCAN1 (RC205035, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 µg per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-ZKSC. Positive lysates LY418696 (100 µg) and LC418696 (20 µg) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

The ZKSCAN1 gene encodes a transcriptional regulator of the KRAB. Transcriptional regulatory proteins containing tandemly repeated zinc finger domains are thought to be involved in both normal and abnormal cellular proliferation and differentiation. See ZNF91 (MIM 603971) for general information on zinc finger proteins.
