MA1-24757 detects PAG608 from human, mouse, and rat samples.
MA1-24757 has been successfully used in immunocytochemistry, imunofluorescence, ELISA, and Western blot procedures.
The MA1-24757 immunogen is a fusion protein corresponding to the 59 C-terminal residues of rat PAG608.
Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial. For short-term storage (1-2 weeks), product can be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store product at -20° C or below, avioiding multiple freeze-thaw cycles.

This gene encodes a protein containing three zinc finger domains and a nuclear localization signal. The mRNA and the protein of this gene are upregulated by wildtype p53 and overexpression of this gene inhibits tumor cell growth, suggesting that this gene may have a role in the p53-dependent growth regulatory pathway. Alternative splicing of this gene results in two transcript variants encoding two isoforms differing in only one amino acid.
