ZNF148 Antibody (PA5-75313) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of ZNF148 in paraffin-embedded human colon carcinoma tissue (cytoplasmic and nucleus staining) and negative control (right, with PBS only). Samples were incubated with ZNF148 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-75313) at a dilution of 1:50, followed by goat Anti-Rabbit IgG-biotin and avidin peroxidase.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).

ZNF148 is involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF148 represses the transcription of a number of genes including gastrin, stromelysin and enolase. ZNF148 binds to the G-rich box in the enhancer region of these genes.
