ZNF446 Antibody (PA5-106791) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of ZNF446 in A549 cells. The samples were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with ZNF446 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-106791) and mouse anti-beta tubulin antibody for 1 hour at 37°C. An AlexaFluor594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG(H+L) (Red) and an AlexaFluor488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG(H+L) (Green) were used as the secondary antibodies. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).

靶标信息
ZNF446 contains a KRAB and three C(2)H(2) zinc fingers. ZNF446 is a transcription repressor when fused to GAL4 DNA-binding domain and co-transfected with VP-16. Overexpression of ZNF446 in COS-7 cells inhibits the transcriptional activities of SRE.
