PA1-18410 detects EGFP.
PA1-18410 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry and Western blot procedures.
The PA1-18410 immunogen is recombinant EGFP.
After reconstitution keep aliquots at -20°C for a higher stability, and at 4°C with an appropriate antibacterial agent. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitute with 100 µL of distilled water. Glycerol (1:1) may be added for additional stability.
