The Rat IL-1R1 (Interleukin 1 Receptor Type I) ELISA quantitates IL-1R1 in serum and plasma.
原理方法
The Rat Interleukin 1 Receptor Type I (IL-1R1) solid-phase sandwich ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) is designed to measure the concentration of Interleukin 1 Receptor Type I (IL-1R1) in biological samples. A target-specific antibody has been pre-coated in the wells of the supplied microplate. Samples, standards, or controls are added into these wells and bind to the immobilized (capture) antibody.
The sandwich complex is formed by the addition of a second (HRP-linked) detection antibody specific to Interleukin 1 Receptor Type I (IL-1R1). Excess reagents are washed from the plate.
A substrate solution is added that reacts with the enzyme-antibody-target complex to produce a measurable signal. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution. The intensity of the signal, measured spectrophotometrically at 450 ± 2 nm, is directly proportional to the concentration of Interleukin 1 Receptor Type I (IL-1R1) present in the original specimen.

The IL-1 system includes two agonists (IL-1 and IL-1), converting enzymes, antagonists, two receptors (IL-1 RI and IL-1 RII) and the IL-1 receptor accessory protein. Interleukin-1 signal is transduced through the type I receptor.
