- Analyze the current state of the maternal health crisis in the U.S., specifically focusing on the rising prevalence of preeclampsia and the disproportionate impact on Black women.
- Explain the pathophysiology of preeclampsia and the specific roles of the angiogenic biomarkers, sFlt-1 and PlGF, in the development of the disease.
- Evaluate the clinical validation data (PRAECIS study) and predictive accuracy of the sFlt-1/PlGF ratio, including the established cut-off values used for FDA clearance.
