The user-friendly Thermo Scientific Talos 12 TEM offers exceptional performance for a diverse range of scientific imaging and experimentation needs. It features a reduced footprint, a robust enclosure, and systems that improve accessibility, bringing trusted performance and automation to more researchers and their labs.
In this webinar, you will learn about:
Join us to explore how these advancements make traditional TEM technology more accessible, efficient, and powerful for a wider range of users in life sciences and clinical research.
With 23 years of experience in cryo-EM, Tim’s expertise encompasses structural biology, workflow strategy, and core facility management. In his current role, he is responsible for promoting and supporting accessible solutions that lower barriers for those new to TEM and cryo-EM and provide the most straightforward and economical approach to reaching higher data quality and structural resolutions.
Ondřej holds a master's degree in physics engineering and nanotechnology from Brno University of Technology. He has a strong background in R&D with eight years at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where he helped develop advanced cameras and detectors and now leads the technical architecture of the Talos 12 TEM.
After obtaining his master's degree in chemistry, Reint developed cryo-EM and X-ray crystallography software at Imperial College London and Leiden University. He previously worked on medical imaging software and currently leads software development for the cryo-electron tomography workflow on FIB-SEM and TEM systems.
