Ultrasensitive, High-Throughput nanoHDX-MS for Insights into Protein Dynamics and Interactions

Join our webinar to discover the future of structural proteomics with our novel nano-flow HDX-MS (nHDX-MS) platform. Presented by Dr. Malvina Papanastasiou, this webinar will introduce groundbreaking technology that offers unprecedented sensitivity and throughput. By integrating nanoflow liquid chromatography with a fully automated sample preparation and data analysis workflow, our innovative approach achieves a remarkable >50-fold increase in sensitivity and higher-throughput over traditional methods. This leap enables the analysis of precious, and large complexes with minimal sample material, delivering same-day results.

You will learn:

  • How nHDX-MS achieves >50-fold increase in sensitivity over traditional methods.
  • The benefits of analyzing large complexes with minimal sample material.
  • Real-world applications through case studies on protein-ligand interactions, epitope mapping, and dynamic protein complexes.
