Retrieval of target analytes from dried matrices is made easier than ever with innovative flow-through desorption (FTD™) technology, which enables the direct elution of a liquid sample from the card that can be delivered to the UHPLC for online SPE and liquid chromatography.	High-throughput applications that include population studies and health surveillance, toxicology, TDM, and IEM are made possible with the autosampler and dried spot module, that automates the sequential and labor-intensive dried spot analysis workflow while maximizing throughput.	Sample traceability, chain of custody, and accurate spot recognition (sample card position, spot size, shape and location, and barcode ID) via the Intelligent Vision Camera (IVC) is captured and ensures sample information can be tracked and stored should retrospective monitoring become necessary.	Advanced Thermo Scientific TurboFlow technology for online sample cleanup and enrichment improves method robustness and sensitivity for clinical research applications. TurboFlow methods are ideal for dried spot analyses, having been developed to handle direct injection of blood, serum, plasma, and urine into the mass spectrometry system.
