Our Production Ready Services allow biologic manufacturers to reduce capital and operating expense requirements associated with building and managing on-site Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) warehouses. Through a combination of raw material sampling, QA/QC inspection, release service, and/or virtual consignment, customers streamline their material release processes and reduce the overall demand for on-site cGMP warehouse capacity.
Enhancing your speed-to-production
Quarantined and QA-released inventory and safety stock are managed within our cGMP facilities, reducing customer’s on-site cGMP warehouse capacity requirements allowing for near just-in-time (JIT) delivery of released material to the manufacturing facility. - Raw material sampling
Sampling services in our ISO 8 cleanrooms by trained Quality Technicians - Production material QC/QA inspection
Inspecting direct materials that do not require sampling to expedite release into production environments - Production material release service
