Thermo Fisher Scientific offers innovative single-use and reusable sensors for the measurement of pH, dissolved oxygen, biomass, headspace pressure and more—with high reliability and superior performance for cell culture and fermentation process monitoring that meet all your Process Analytical Technology (PAT) needs.
We offer a range of intuitive process sensors, whether you’re incorporating them into a single-use bioprocess container or autoclavable vessel process—to help you monitor processes, reduce failures, and gain efficiency. Digital integration can help further enhance your process with the use of our bioprocess controllers paired with the TruBio Bioprocess Control Software.
The Thermo Scientific TruSens Transmitter Blade is a combined technology designed to monitor all conventional pH and DO sensors. It allows the connection of a resistance temperature detector (RTD) or a thermistor input to suit the user’s preferred sensor technology in upstream processes. This transmitter blade with TruBio software allows for temperature compensation and is compatible with electrochemical sensors and digital sensors that output nAmp or mV signals.
Features include:
The scalable and compact Thermo Scientific MarqMetrix All-In-One Process Raman Solution consists of an analyzer and probes to help monitor, control, and optimize your processes.
Thermo Scientific HyPerforma G3Lab, G3Lite, and G3Pro Controllers provide ease of data transferability and scalability throughout your process. The bioprocess controller series incorporates innovative features to help enhance productivity, quality and reproducibility required to optimize processes.
The TruBio software, powered by the Emerson DeltaV™ Distributed Control platform, offers easy-to-configure process control so learning automation control programming is not necessary. Developed for use with all Thermo Scientific controllers, TruBio software is designed to support easy scaling, data integrity and technology transfer and allow the ability to build sophisticated process control strategies.
