Organism TypeHumanThe Flp-In T-REx-293 cell line stably expresses the lacZ-Zeocin fusion gene and the Tet repressor, and is designed for use with the Flp-In T-REx System. The cell line expresses the Tet repressor from pcDNA6/TR and contains a single integrated Flp Recombination Target (FRT) site from pFRT/lacZeo as confirmed by Southern blot analysis. This cell line can be used as a host to generate a tetracycline-inducible Flp-In T-REx expression cell line by cotransfecting the pcDNA5/FRT/TO expression vector containing your gene of interest and the Flp recombinase expression plasmid, pOG44.
