This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-111700. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
靶标信息
MAP1LC3C, also named as LC3C, belongs to the MAP1 LC3 family. It is the human homolog of yeast Atg8 and is involved in the formation of autophagosomal vacuoles, called autophagosomes. LC3C is produced by the proteolytic cleavage after the conserved C-terminal Gly residue. The antibody is specific to the prepeptide of LC3C.
