The Human ApoA1 (Apolipoprotein A1) ELISA quantitates ApoA1 in serum and plasma.
原理方法
The Human Apolipoprotein A1 (ApoA1) solid-phase sandwich ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) is designed to measure the concentration of Apolipoprotein A1 (ApoA1) in biological samples. A target-specific antibody has been pre-coated in the wells of the supplied microplate. Samples, standards, or controls are added into these wells and bind to the immobilized (capture) antibody.
The sandwich complex is formed by the addition of a second (HRP-linked) detection antibody specific to Apolipoprotein A1 (ApoA1). Excess reagents are washed from the plate.
A substrate solution is added that reacts with the enzyme-antibody-target complex to produce a measurable signal. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution. The intensity of the signal, measured spectrophotometrically at 450 ± 2 nm, is directly proportional to the concentration of Apolipoprotein A1 (ApoA1) present in the original specimen.

Apolipoprotein A-1 (apo A-1) in human plasma is a major protein component of high density lipoprotein (HDL). The molecular mass is 24 kDa. Apo A-1 is a cofactor for enzymes involved in the normal turnover of cholesterol and is produced in the liver. Plasma concentration is 270-380 mg/100 mL.
