GCS3000 with Workstation and Autoloader WW, GA - FAQs

I am getting an error while using the GeneChip Fluidics Station 450Dx v.2 (Cat. No. 00-0335). How can I determine which step I was on in the protocol, when the error occurred?

The following steps outline how to determine which step in the protocol you were on:
- Open Individual Station ID
- Under the steps, click the down arrow, and the step you were on should be highlighted
- After troubleshooting the error, resume at the step that was previously highlighted
