I am getting an error while using the GeneChip Fluidics Station 450Dx v.2 (Cat. No. 00-0335). How can I determine which step I was on in the protocol, when the error occurred?

The following steps outline how to determine which step in the protocol you were on:
- Open Individual Station ID
- Under the steps, click the down arrow, and the step you were on should be highlighted
- After troubleshooting the error, resume at the step that was previously highlighted

How do I set up the dip switch for my GeneChip Fluidics Station 450Dx v.2 (Cat. No. 00-0335)?

How do I prepare my GeneChip Fluidics Station 450Dx v.2 (Cat. No. 00-0335) for long-term storage?

For long-term storage, we recommend running the shutdown process with water and running the shutdown process again with air. Remove the tubes from the wash buffer bottles and remove the peristaltic tubing. The fluidics station should now be ready for long-term storage.
