IHC 抗原修复溶液 - 高 pH 值 (10X) 设计用于在福尔马林固定石蜡包埋的组织切片上进行免疫组织化学分析之前的热诱导抗原决定簇修复 (HIER) 步骤中使用。已证明该缓冲液与热源(通常通过微波、水浴或压力锅)配合使用时能够恢复在组织的福尔马林固定过程中修饰的蛋白抗原性。该缓冲液以 10X 储备液的形式提供。使用试剂级水将该缓冲液稀释 1X 得到 10 mM Tris、1 mM EDTA 溶液,pH 值 9.0。
