Dionex™ Carbohydrate Removal Cartridge

Remove carbohydrates from your amino acid samples with the Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ Carbohydrate Removal Cartridge. This in-line sample pretreatment cartridge, packed with a cation-exchange resin, ensures reliable amino acid quantification and eliminates laborious sample cleanup.

Use the CRC with the Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ AAA-Direct™ Amino Acid Analysis System for applications where carbohydrates are present, but only the amino acids are of interest. Connect the CRC in conjunction using the Carbohydrate Removal Accessory (CRA), which consists of a syringe pump and six-port valve. After the CRC removes the carbohydrates, switch the cartridge in-line with the AAA-Direct system for the Dionex™ AminoPac™ PA10 column to separate the amino acids without derivatization.
