Alpha-linolenic acid – 0.59 mg FFA/g protein
Linoleic acid – 0.65 mg FFA/g protein
Oleic acid – 2.12 mg FFA/g protein
Stearic acid – 2.09 mg FFA/g protein
Palmitic acid – 1.90 mg FFA/g protein
Note 1 – FFA stands for "free fatty acid"
Note 2 – The individual lipid concentrations may vary between each lot, but the values above can serve as a good approximation.
