Can I sequence an FMOC-peptide that is still resin-bound?

Yes. Apply a few beads to the Biobrene-treated glass fiber filter and sequence as you normally would. Be sure the peptide is deprotected, otherwise the Fmoc group serves to N-terminally block it. The TFA in the Edman chemistry should deprotect most (though perhaps not all) side-chain groups, and will cleave the peptide from the resin (though the latter is not necessary).
